Shah, CFA, is Banking & Insurance Analyst at Charles Stanley & Co. Ltd.
He previously worked at PwC where he advised private equity and corporate clients on M&A deals in the financial services sector.
Over a period of seven years, he worked on a number of landmark M&A deals as well as special assignments directly connected with the financial crisis, including the administration of Lehman Brothers after its collapse and the independent valuation of Bradford & Bingley after its nationalisation.
Prior to PwC, he ran a long/short equity investment strategy focused on the financial services sector for Liberty International and, before this, held institutional buy-side equity research roles with Schroders and T Rowe Price International.
Mr. Shah is an Economics graduate of the University of Cambridge and a qualified Chartered Accountant.
