Sistema JSFC (Private Equity) is a private equity and venture capital investment firm based in Moscow. Sistema Private Equity is a subsidiary of Sistema JSFC (the initials stand for Joint Stock Financial Corporation). Sistema JSFC (RU: AFKS), founded in 1993, is a large diversified holdings in Russia with headquarters in Moscow. Sistema Private Equity is the investment manager of the Sistema JSFC Private Equity Fund and a venture capital fund, Coral Sistema Strategy Fund. The group also manages a philanthropic fund, namely the Sistema Charitable Fund which supports the development of science and education, preserves Russia's cultural and artistic heritage and promotes sport and the growth of local communities.
