Prior to joining Churchill Equity in 1998, Ms. Horsch was a Director and Partner with Price Waterhouse and KPMG Peat Marwick, and has extensive years of tax experience in financial transactions, private equity partnerships, and mergers and acquisitions.
Ms. Horsch received her BA form the University of Minnesota and earned an MBA form University of Minnesota.
