Marc Thiery

Marc Thiery is managing partner and co-founder of DPE.
Previously, he was a partner at Englefield Capital, London, a buyout fund focused on European medium-sized companies with an equity volume of around €2 billion.
Marc Thiery was responsible for investments in European companies in the healthcare sector and for investments in Germany.
Previously, he was responsible for European investment activities at Allianz Private Equity Partners in Munich.
He was a member of the Global Investment Committee at Morgan Stanley Capital Partners, which manages a US$3.3 billion private equity fund.
Marc Thiery began his private equity career at Apax and his professional career in investment banking at Morgan Stanley.
Marc Thiery earned a Bachelor of Science (BA) from the European Business School (Oestrich-Winkel) and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Marc Thiery was enthusiastic about entrepreneurship at an early age: he comes from a family of entrepreneurs.
His grandfather built a long-term company.
