Edwards, CFA MBA, is a Vice President & Portfolio Manager at Montecito Bank & Trust.
He joined the Wealth Management team of Montecito Bank & Trust in 2007.
Based in the Solvang Branch, he serves clients as Portfolio Manager and Relationship Manager.
He has over forty years’ experience in the investment management field.
Mr. Edwards was a President for fifteen years at Leland O’Brien Rubinstein Associates a firm that specialized in risk-management strategies for pension and other institutional funds.
His background also includes a substantial role in creating the first Exchange-Traded Fund as President of LOR subsidiary, SuperShare Services Corporation.
He also has extensive experience with portfolio management, including implementation of “delta hedging”, an options-based protective strategy during declining equity markets.
He received his AB Business Administration degree from Occidental College and an MBA Finance from Stanford University.
He holds the professional designation of Chartered Financial Analyst.
