Kren Nielson

Mr. Kren Nielson has over eighteen years experience in the private equity industry and M&A across several industry sectors, including: Consumer (FMG), Energy and Healthcare.
His experience has included investing in over 60 companies on behalf of corporates and private equity.
He has several high profile transactions and has been responsible for the post deal management of the companies to achieve optimal returns for investors.
He was Head of Corporate Business Developments and Acquisitions at Coloplast A/S from 2002 to 2006.
Coloplast is one of Scandinavia’s largest consumer and medical technology companies.
In addition his responsibilities included, formulation of financial strategy, raising the capital and maintaining the optimal financial structures, compilation of strategic business plans, and management of companies post transaction.
He graduated with a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration (Finance, Marketing and International Management) from The Aarhus School of Business and holds two Diploma’s in Accounting and Finance.
He is fluent in English and Scandinavian languages.
