Kevin Blair Melnyk

Mr. Melnyk joined PRIVEQ Capital Funds in 1999.
Prior to joining PRIVEQ, Mr. Melnyk was a Vice President of Merchant Banking with a mid-sized investment bank where, in addition to corporate finance assignments, his primary role was to manage a mid-sized private equity fund.
Former positions also include Manager of Special Loans with the National Bank of Canada and Manager with PWC's corporate finance and insolvency practices.
Mr. Melnyk graduated with an economics degree from the University of Winnipeg, a commerce degree from the University of Manitoba and received his Chartered Accountant designation in 1992.
In 2002, Mr. Melnyk earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
