Katheryn Reynolds

Ms. Reynolds is currently President and COO of Sukna Global.
Sukna provides comprehensive sustainable and dynamic solutions for designing, developing, building and maintaining high quality mixed-use residential communities at local conventional building costs around the world.
Prior to founding Sukna Global, Ms. Reynolds acted as interim CFO for one year for Lighting Science Group, a Pegasus portfolio company specializing in LED lighting.
Ms. Reynolds has primarily specialized in investment banking and corporate strategy.
She spent over 13 years of her career working for Merrill Lynch.
Prior to leaving in 2002, she was Managing Director of Global Private Wealth Services where she created, launched and led a worldwide network of private bankers focused on Merrill Lynch’s wealthiest clients covering over $35 billion in assets under management.
Previously, she was Director of Corporate Strategy for Merrill Lynch International where she helped execute and consolidate over 10 acquisitions in a 3-year period.
Ms. Reynolds’ first 8 years at Merrill Lynch were with investment banking covering clients in Asia Pacific for 4 years, and then Latin America for 4 years.
Throughout her career, Ms. Reynolds was identified as a leader and participated in many leadership forums within the company as well as Merrill Lynch’s first women’s leadership forum in 1999.
Ms. Reynolds received her BA in Political Economics, at UC Berkeley.
She is currently part of Mayor Kevin Johnson’s Green Initiative team in Sacramento, CA; and on the board of directors of Paul Newman’s Hole in the Wall North Star Reach Camp in Michigan and The Insaan Group in Mumbai, India.
