Evercore Wealth Management LLC (Evercore Wealth) is a SEC-registered investment advisor and wealth management firm headquartered in New York City. The firm was founded by Jeffrey Maurer and Christopher Zande in 2008. They are majority owned by Evercore Partners Services East LLC, an indirect subsidiary of Evercore, Inc. (NYSE: EVR). Evercore Wealth provides discretionary and non-discretionary investment advisory services to high-net-worth multi-generational families, executives, business owners, foundations, endowments, and other private clients. They also provide services to a registered investment company, the Evercore Equity Fund (EWMCX), and investment sub-advisory services to an insurance dedicated fund, the SALi Multi-Series Fund, LP.

On April 12, 1853, the New York State legislature passed a bill chartering the United States Trust Co. of New York with the mission of serving as manager, executor and trustee of personal and corporate funds. They opened for business in New York City in August of that year. US Trust has divisions in Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Florida, Texas, Oregon, California, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The firm also owns Campbell Cowperthwait, which manages growth-oriented portfolios for U.S. Trust's institutional clients.
