John Harbot

Mr. John Harbot is a Managing Director & Portfolio Manager at Ubique Asset Management Pty Ltd.
He is responsible for managing the firm.
He has over 25 years experience across funds management, stockbroking and business roles in listed Australian corporations.
Prior to founding Ubique, Mr. Harbot's portfolio management experience spans both large and small caps, having also served as a Smaller Companies Portfolio Manager at Perpetual (September 2006 to June 2008) and prior to that, Paradice Investment Management (January 2004 to September 2006).
Prior to Paradice, he worked as a small to mid-cap industrial analyst at two boutique stockbrokers; Austock and Lodge Partners.
He joined the finance industry later in his career, having worked in business and operational roles at Toll Holdings, ICI Explosives (now Orica) and Pacific Dunlop.
Mr. Harbot is a graduate of the Royal Military College Duntroon and holds a Master of Science, Bachelor of Science and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment from FINSIA.
