Joe J. McNerney

Prior to joining GCIM, Mr. McNerney held management positions at Smith Barney and JPMorgan.
In addition to his experience with the regulatory and compliance landscape, he has made significant contributions to the education and development of consultants, investment professionals, fiduciary officers, trust advisors, financial planners, lawyers and executives.
Mr. McNerney received his J.D.
from the John Marshall law School.
He is a faculty member of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy and was trained as an instructor at the Harvard Law School.
He also served for more than 10 years as an Adjunct Professor at the Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology.
