Janet Britton

Janet Britton is Corporate and Regulatory Counsel of EATELCORP, Inc. Prior to joining EATEL, she was Manager of Legal and Regulatory Affairs for EATELCORP from 1997 to 2001 and a Staff Attorney of Louisiana Public Service Commission from 1995 to 1997.
Ms. Britton is a Member of the American Bar Association, the Louisiana State Bar Association, the 23rd Judicial District Bar Association, and the Public Utility Section Louisiana State Bar Association.
She is a Member of Phi Beta Kappa, the Order of Omega, Omicron Delta Kappa, the Girl Scouts of America Leader, the Girl Scouts of America Religious Emblem Trainer, the Catholic Committee on Scouting, and the St. Theresa of Avila Catholic Church Master Planning.
Ms. Britton is a Director of the Louisiana Telecommunication Association and Zeta Tau Alpha House Corp.
and Treasurer of the Gonzales Lassies Softball League.
She has more than 20 years of experience in the telecom industry.
Ms. Britton received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History, a JD from the Paul Hebert Law Center, and an MBA from Louisiana State University.
