Jackie Wright

Jackie Wright has responsibility for commercialisation and investment, key industries, knowledge economy, renewables, research and development and the network management system.
Before joining the HIE network, Jackie worked in senior management in the retail sector.
In 1991 she joined the then Lochaber Limited as a development manager and, following a number of internal appointments, became its chief executive in 1999.
She moved to Inverness in early 2002 to review all HIE network products and processes and, in April 2004, was appointed as HIE's director of growing businesses, now director of business growth and research.
