Holger Matheis

Mr. Holger Matheis is a Chief Executive Officer at Swiss Life Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH.
He has been CEO of Swiss Life Asset Managers in Germany and a member of the Swiss Life Asset Managers Executive Committee in this capacity since 1 July 2023.
He gained his first professional experience in various architectural companies.
In 2003, he also completed his studies in Real Estate Economics at the European Business School.
He joined BEOS AG, which is part of Swiss Life Asset Managers in 2006, first as head of the Hamburg office, then for the Cologne and Berlin offices.
After ten years with the company, he was appointed to the Executive Board, where he was mainly responsible for the areas of project development and construction management, human resources, legal, marketing and communication, compliance and business transformation, as well as the BEOS location in Frankfurt am Main.
In 2021, He also assumed the role of Spokesman of the Executive Board.
He headed the working group of the alumni network IMMOEBS e.V.
in Hamburg for two years and was a member of the Executive Board from 2009 to 2015.
Since 2022, he has been member of the Executive Board for the Eastern Region of ZIA (German Property Federation).
He completed architecture at the University of Kaiserslautern
