Hideyuki Tozawa

After working for Mitsui & Co., Ltd., Mr. Tozawa joined the Multimedia Business Development Department at NTT where, in 2000, he worked on the launch of digital BS broadcasting together with NHK, WOWOW and five private key TV stations under the theme of integrating broadcasting and communications.
He then joined the Carlyle Group where he was engaged in private equity investments in technology areas such as broadband and semiconductors.
Furthermore, he acquired extensive investment experience at Intel Capital covering a wide variety of investments, from those in start-up companies to large corporations, preferred shares, convertible bonds and warrants.
Joined Shinsei Bank in February 2007.
Completed a masterfs degree in electric engineering at the Graduate School of Keio University.
