Hannah Louise Barter

Hannah Barter is a Director of Urban Vision Enterprise CIC and has 14 years’ experience in planning and community development, working in the public, private and third sectors.
Her professional experience includes Planning, arboriculture, urban design, community engagement and environmental education.
Hannah has successfully worked in partnership with a wide range of community groups and organisations across the UK to develop creative industries, arts and heritage programmes, and has extensive knowledge of the social enterprise sector.
