Chaney joined Pacific Sunwear of California, Inc. as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in December 2004.
Prior to joining Pacific Sunwear of California, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Polo Ralph Lauren from November 2000 to November 2004.
Mr. Chaney was Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for Kellwood Co. from December 1998 to November 2000, Senior Vice President of Administration and Chief Financial Officer for Petrie Retail, Senior Vice President of Operations and Chief Financial Officer for Crystal Brands and Director of Finance and Vice President of Finance for General Mills Fashion Group and Scott Paper.
He received a BS degree in Accounting from the University of South Alabama and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin.
