François-Marie Wojcik

Mr. François-Marie Wojcik is a Chairman, Chief Executive Officer & Founder at Métropole Gestion SA. He was previously employed as Director and CEO of CCR Actions, the value investment subsidiary of the Commerzbank Group, which he founded in order to create and manage the first value fund range in France (1997-2002), drawing on a value investment philosophy and process developed over the course of his past experience as a financial analyst and then portfolio manager at CCF (1986-1992) and as Head of European Equities Strategy at Fimagest (Fortis) from 1992 to 1997.
He is a member of SFAF* (1988), graduated from ESSEC (1986) and the Political Studies Institute of Aix en Provence, with a degree in Law (Aix-Marseille III, 1981).
Mr. Wojcik was previously employed as an Analyst by CCF Securities.
