Emília Noronha Galvão Franco Frazão

After having worked at Citibank and Banco Espírito Santo de Investimento for several years, where Mrs. Frazão held the positions of Manager of project finance and later on clients relationship management divisions, in 1999 Mrs. Frazão joined IAPMEI as a member of the board.
In December 2000, she was appointed member of the Executive Committee of Espírito Santo Capital.
Mrs frazão was involved in the acquisition of a Portuguese media company and in the structuring and negotiation of the acquisition of a majority stake in a glass container company.
Additionally, she was responsible for the divestment of a portfolio company operating in the renewable energy industry, and for the divestment of a road contractor company.
Mrs. Frazão was Visiting Assistant Professor for several years in Universidade Católica Portuguesa where she taught different subjects in the Economics and Business Administration degrees.
Holds a Business Administration degree by Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
