Mr. Horowitz joined Oaktree’s Emerging Markets Group in May 2007 with responsibility for the analytical tools and databases used in the portfolio management process.
Prior to joining Oaktree, he was employed at Hedgeware Inc. from 1998 to 1999, at Paloma Securities from 1994 to 1998, at Perrier Group of America from 1989 to 1994 and at Arthur Young from 1988 to 1989.
Mr. Horowitz holds a B.S.
degree in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an M.B.A.
in Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
He is currently a level II candidate in the CFA program.
