Elizabeth Dresdale

Elizabeth Dresdale, Principal, joined Incline in January 2022.
She is responsible for identifying, assessing and recommending sales and go to market improvements for portfolio companies.
Elizabeth is based in the firm’s New York office.
Previously, Elizabeth was Vice President of Commercial Operations and Interim Head of Sales at A Place for Mom, a private equity owned business in the senior living space.
Prior to that, she was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company (McK), where she led strategy, sales, operations, corporate development and transformation engagements across industries, including technology, media, telecom, consumer goods, healthcare and financial services.
Elizabeth received her M.B.A.
with distinction from Harvard Business School and her B.A.
in History from Brown University.
Elizabeth enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, staying active through spin classes and baking.
