Edward Wu

Prior to joining HMC, Mr. Wu worked at Reservoir Capital Group where he focused on research for merger arbitrage and event-driven investment situations.
Prior to Reservoir Capital, he focused on distressed investment situations at Couchman Capital, where he served on numerous Official Creditors and Equity holders Committees.
Before Couchman Capital, he served in investment banking positions at CRT Capital Group and Salomon Smith Barney, where he focused on advising corporations on mergers, acquisitions and restructurings.
Mr. Wu graduated magna cum laude from Duke University with an A.B.
in English Literature and received a J.D.
from Harvard Law School.
