Dominic Tou Yeung

Mr. Yeung was born and educated in China and is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
Mr. Yeung is the Chairman of Xinjiang Terraxin Mineral Exploration Co. Ltd., a Sino-foreign joint venture enterprise.
Mr. Yeung is also the President and Managing Director of Terrawest Resource Holding's Inc., a Canadian corporation involved in the acquisition of resource projects in the People's Republic of China.
Mr. Yeung's knowledge and experience in China have been instrumental in building key business relationships.
