David Sheridan

Mr. Sheridan is a lawyer in the infrastructure and real assets team, advising on the full spectrum of activities, including transactions and fundraising.
Prior to joining StepStone, Mr. Sheridan was an associate in the London funds team of Hogan Lovells International LLP, an international law firm.
There, Mr. Sheridan advised investors on their investments in private funds across the majority of alternative asset classes and in a number of different jurisdictions, and advised sponsors (including listed funds) on fundraising.
Mr. Sheridan also advised on global M&A transactions.
Mr. Sheridan received his BA in Modern Languages (French and Latin) from Durham University, and completed his post-graduate legal studies at BPP University.
