David P.
Draft was Executive Vice President-Operations of First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc. from January 2001 to November 2008.
Previously, he was Managing Director of First Industrial Realty Trust's Central Region from December 1998 to January 2001 and Senior Regional Director of the Michigan and Northern Ohio Regions from March 1996 to December 1998.
Mr. Draft has 29 years experience in real estate brokerage, sales, leasing and asset management.
He was a Co-Founder and Principal of Draft & Gantos Properties LLC from 1994 to March 1996 and Director of Development and Operations for Robert Grooters Development Company from 1990 to 1994.
From 1977 to 1990, Mr. Draft was Chief Operating Officer at First Real Estate, Inc.
