Daisuke Kobayashi

Mr. Kobayashi was engaged in auditing financial institutions and non-financial corporations at Ernst & Young, Japan.
In auditing financial institutions, he was in charge of evaluating their derivatives transactions.
He joined the Corporate Advisory Division of Shinsei Bank in August 2006 and engaged in advisory operations for M&A projects and companies filing for the application of the Corporate Reorganization Law.
Joined the Private Equity Division in March 2007.
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics at Chuo University and was granted an MBA from the Peter F.
Drucker Graduate School of Management at Claremont Graduate University.
He is qualified as a Japanese Certified Public Accountant.
