Céréa Partenaire SASU (Céréa) is the wholly-owned private equity subsidiary of Unigrains SA in France. Created in 2004, Céréa's investment team specializes in mezzanine financing and corporate financing in the agri-food sector. The firm is based in Paris and manages the Céréa Mezzanine FCPR fund, sponsored by Unigrains, for regional banks, pension funds, insurance companies and industrial investors. They are a signatory of the United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment and are committed to integrating Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance criteria in their management, investment strategy and the development of investee companies within their managed funds.
