Most recently, Ms. Novoa was Director of Disability Sales for the West and Southwest Regions at MetLife Insurance Co. Previously, She was National Accounts Sales Manager of the West Region for CIGNA Group Insurance.
Before joining CIGNA, Ms. Novoa was a Consultant and Practice Leader for Towers Perrin, Deloitte & Touche and Marsh, Inc. She received a BS degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton and a Master's degree in Healthcare Management from the School of Pharmacy at the University of Southern California.
