Cäcilia Lipowski

Ms. Cäcilia Lipowski is a Researcher at Zentrum für Europäische Wirtschaftsforschung GmbH.
She joined ZEW’s Research Department “Labour Markets and Social Insurance” in September 2019.
Her research interests lie in the field of applied microeconometrics and empirical labour market research.
In the research area "Digitalisation and International Labour Division" she is working on factors that promote the inflow of high-skilled workers and on socio-political effects of technological change.
She received her bachelor's degree in economics at the University of Mannheim.
She then completed a master's degree in economic analysis and policy (Analyse et Politique Économique) with a specialisation in statistics and econometrics at the University of Strasbourg.
In her master‘s thesis she analysed differences in the fertility behaviour of French and German women and their relation to differences in family policy and labour market participation.
