Nowakowski is a Managing Director at Benefit Street Partners LLC (Commercial Real Estate Debt).
Prior to joining BSP in 2015, Mr. Nowakowski was a senior director of loan originations with GE Capital Real Estate, where he originated and closed both CMBS and balance sheet loans across the U.S.
for over a decade.
Mr. Nowakowski received a Master of Science in real estate from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering from The Pennsylvania State University.
