Arthur Price

As a Managing Director, Chief Compliance Officer and Assistant General Counsel, Arthur is an attorney with almost 20 years of private equity experience in M&A, fundraising, compliance and risk.
He advises and executes on legal and compliance matters across the Firm and portfolio.
Before joining the THL team, Arthur practiced corporate law at Ropes & Gray.
In his free time, he enjoys playing and coaching lacrosse and spending time on Buzzards Bay.
Arthur is a supporter of the John H.
Price Memorial Scholarship Fund which provides educational support to children in Baltimore city.
He lives outside Boston with his wife and four children.
