Arminda Youse-Warde

Ms. Arminda Youse-Warde is Senior Vice President at Churchill Financial Holdings LLC.
Prior to joining Churchill Financial, Ms. Youse-Warde was with PNC Bank where she was responsible for originating, structuring, underwriting and monitoring of middle market leveraged loans.
In addition to loan origination, structuring and portfolio management, she has also managed private equity fund investments.
She also held credit approval positions for middle market and large corporate borrowers at PNC.
She experiences in leverage lending also includes helping to start the Barclays Leveraged Finance Group in the mid-90 and being an original member of the Barclays Mezzanine Group and the Special Transactions Group which provided review of all leveraged loans.
Ms. Youse-Warde received a BA Economics, cum laude from the University of Rochester and an MBA Finance/Accounting form William E.
Simon Graduate School of Business Administration.
