E. Öhman J:or Fonder AB (Öhman Fonder) is the wholly-owned fund management subsidiary of E. Öhman J:or Asset Management AB, itself a subsidiary of the Dinkelspeil family's E. Öhman J:or AB in Sweden. Formerly known as SalusAnsvar E Öhman Fonder, the firm was founded in 1947 and became E. Öhman J:or Fonder AB in 2005. Headquartered in Stockholm, Öhman Fonder offers fund management and discretionary portfolio management to institutions, insurance companies and wealthy individuals.

Shepherd Energy AB is the alternative investment subsidiary of Shepherd Holding AB in Sweden. Headquartered in Stockholm, the firm was founded by Arne Österlind in 2002 and they offer asset management through the Shepherd Energy Portfolio, which is a standardized discretionary management portfolio that enables institutions and larger private assets to invest in the Nordic electricity market. Shepherd Energy also offers traditional power management and analysis for industrial firms, real estate companies, power distributors, power producers and public administrations.
