Amit Bhatnagar

Mr. Bhatnagar joined Mercantile Capital Group in May 2002.
Prior to this, Mr. Bhatnagar was Associate Director with the Global Industrials Group of UBS Warburg's investment banking division in New York.
At UBS Warburg, he worked on various mergers, acquisitions and capital raising transactions in excess of $3.5 billion.
Prior to joining UBS Warburg, Mr. Bhatnagar was Senior Associate with the Transaction Services Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Dallas, where he assisted private equity funds in sourcing and structuring transactions in the traditional industries.
At PwC, his clients included Hicks Muse Tate and Furst, Clayton Dubilier and Rice, The Blackstone Group, Apollo Management and DLJ Merchant Banking Partners.
Mr. Bhatnagar received a BS in Manufacturing Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology at Delhi (India), an MS in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin College of Engineering and an MBA in finance from the University of Texas at Austin Graduate School of Business.
