Telecommunication Investment Joint Stock Company (Svyazinvest) is one of the largest telecom holding companies in the world. Its services include local and international telephone communication services of data transmission, access to the Internet , lease of channels , IP-TV, call centers, provision of telegraph services, provision of Internet access solutions, provision of data transmission network services, provision of intelligent network services and provision of audio and video conference services. The company was founded in November 2001 and is headquartered St. Petersburg, Russia.
