Alex Raible

Alex serves as BrightView’s Vice President of Talent Acquisition.
In this role he oversees recruiting efforts across all divisions at BrightView.
Prior to his current role, Alex spent over 10 years developing and leading recruitment teams focused on healthcare and IT staffing.
After making stops in Albuquerque, St. Louis, and Chicago, he returned to his hometown of Cincinnati and joined Brightview in 2021.
Alex has a passion for building teams and supporting others in their professional development.
He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in International Business from Bowling Green State University.
Alex lives on the west side of Cincinnati with his wife, Darbey, their two daughters, Hadley and Cecily, and the family French Bulldog, Floyd.
In his free time, Alex enjoys reading, listening to live music, and supporting local sports teams.
