In the past Ms. Kwok was Managing Director at Boyden China Ltd, Director-Marketing & Operations at Hong Kong CSL Ltd., General Manager-Hong Kong & Macau Marketing Unit at Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications AB and Managing Director-Commercial Group at PCCW-HKT Ltd.

Ms. Kwok received an undergraduate degree from the University of Western Ontario.
