In his past career he held the position of Group Executive-Corporate Development at Beach Energy Ltd. and Chief Executive Officer at ElectraNet Pty Ltd.

Mr. Masters received an undergraduate degree from RMIT University and an undergraduate degree from the University of Adelaide.
