Min Wan is a businessperson who has been the head of 11 different companies and occupies the position of Chairman of COSCO SHIPPING Holdings Co. Ltd. and Chairman of Orient Overseas (International) Ltd. (a subsidiary of COSCO SHIPPING Holdings Co. Ltd.) and Chairman for China COSCO Shipping Corp., Ltd. Min Wan is also on the board of China Ocean Shipping Co., Ltd. (former General Manager).

In the past Mr. Wan was Chairman for COSCO SHIPPING Holdings Co. Ltd. Chairman of COSCO SHIPPING Ports Ltd. and President of COSCO SHIPPING Lines Co., Ltd. (both are subsidiaries of COSCO SHIPPING Holdings Co. Ltd.), President for Piraeus Port Authority SA, Chairman for China Travel Group Ltd., President & Director at China COSCO Shipping Corp., Ltd., President for COSCO Americas, Inc. and Deputy General Manager of China Ocean Shipping (Group) Co., Ltd.

He received an MBA from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and an undergraduate degree from Shanghai Maritime University.
