Presently, Martin McKay is Chief Financial Officer for Regional REIT Ltd. Mr. McKay is also on the board of Tosca Glasgow II Ltd. and Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.

Mr. McKay previously occupied the position of Chief Financial Officer at Toscafund Asset Management LLP and Chief Accountant at Sterling International Brokers Ltd.

Mr. McKay received an undergraduate degree from the University of Warwick.
