Mr. Kevin J. Martin is Co-Founder & Managing Partner at Carmichael Partners LLC.

He is on the Board of Directors at AirWalk Communications, Inc., Xtera Communications, Inc., and Consumer Electronics Association.

Prior to co-founding Carmichael Partners in 2010, Mr. Martin was employed as Chairman by Federal Communications Commission, an Associate by Wiley, Rein & Fielding LLP, and a Board Member by The Telecommunications Development Fund, Inc.

He was also a Special Assistant to the President for Economic Policy in the White House, a staff member on the National Economic Council and served as the official U.S. government representative to the G-8's Digital Opportunity Task Force.

Mr. Martin received his BA degree from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, a Master of Public Policy from Duke University, and a JD from Harvard University.
