Currently, Kesavan Nair occupies the position of Independent Non-Executive Chairman at HG Metal Manufacturing Ltd. Mr. Nair is also on the board of OxPay Financial Ltd., Medi Lifestyle Ltd., Arion Entertainment Singapore Ltd. and Bayfront Law LLC and Member of The Singapore Institute of Arbitrators, Member of The Honourable Society Of The Middle Temple, Member of Law Society of Singapore, Member of Singapore Academy of Law and Member of Association of Criminal Lawyers of Singapore.

In the past Mr. Nair held the position of Partner at David Lim & Partners LLP, Partner at Mpd Nair & Co. and Partner at Harry Elias Partnership LLP and Partner at Harry Elias Partnership LLP (a subsidiary of Harry Elias Partnership LLP).

Mr. Nair received a graduate degree from the University of Aberystwyth and a graduate degree from The University of Wales.
