Kemal Azis Stamboel

Kemal Azis Stamboel founded Indonesian Institute For Corporate Governance in 2000, where he is working as Member from 2000.
Mr. Stamboel also founded Indonesian Society for Transparency, where he worked as Member.
Mr. Stamboel also currently works at World Wide Fund Indonesia, as Chairman-Management Board from 1999, Universitas Padjadjaran, as Member-Trustee Board from 2020, PT Bank BTPN Syariah Tbk, as President Commissioner from 2017, and PT Digital Solusi Pratama, as President Commissioner from 2019.
Mr. Stamboel also formerly worked at PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk, as Independent Commissioner from 2004 to 2018, PT IBM Indonesia, as Partner from 2002 to 2004, PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk, as Independent Commissioner from 2007 to 2008, PT Lotte Chemical Titan Tbk, as President Commissioner from 2006 to 2010, Price Waterhouse & Co., as Managing Partner in 2004, and Perhimpunan Bank Internasional Indonesia, as Secretary from 2013 to 2017.
Mr. Stamboel received his graduate degree in 1985 from Hult International Business School, Inc. and undergraduate degree in 1974 from Universitas Padjadjaran.
