Jonathan B. Nicholson is Chairman of QuintessenceLabs Pty Ltd. Mr. Nicholson is also on the board of Insurance Australia Group Ltd., Cape York Partnerships and Westpac Bicentennial Foundation and Chairman for Westpac Foundation.

Mr. Nicholson previously held the position of Chief Strategy Officer for Westpac Banking Corp.
