Gregory Hunt is Managing Director, Finance at Apollo, where he began his term as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Apollo Investment Corporation in 2012. Prior to joining the Firm, Gregory was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Yankee Candle and Executive Vice President of Strategic and Commercial Development for Norwegian Cruise Lines before that. Previously, he was Chief Financial Officer and Chief Restructuring Officer of Tweeter Home Entertainment Group and Chief Financial Officer and Co-Chief Executive of Syratech Corporation. Prior to Syratech, Gregory held several senior financial leadership positions, including Chief Financial Officer of NRT, Culligan Water Technologies, and Samsonite Corporation.

Gregory earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Vermont and is a Certified Public Accountant.

He serves as a member of the board of advisors for the University of Vermont School of Business.
