Currently, Chui Wan Sat holds the position of Chief Financial Officer & Executive Director at Human Health Holdings Ltd. Ms. Sat is also on the board of Tai Hing Group Holdings Ltd. and Member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Associate of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (Hong Kong).

Ms. Sat previously held the position of Financial Controller & Deputy CEO at Sun Fung Offset Binding Co. Ltd. and Accountant for Wing On Department Stores (Hong Kong) Ltd.

Ms. Sat received an undergraduate degree from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, an MBA from the University of Lancaster and a doctorate from City University of Hong Kong.
