In his past career Mr. Moiseev held the position of Deputy Head of Research at VTB Capital JSC and Economist at VTB Capital JSC (Broker) (a subsidiary of VTB Capital JSC) and Chief Economist at Renaissance Capital CJSC.

Mr. Moiseev received an undergraduate degree from S. Ordzhonikidze State Management Academy and an MBA from the University of Rochester.
