Yassir Benjelloun-Touimi

Mr. Yassir Benjelloun-Touimi is a Credit Fund Manager at Dalton Strategic Partnership LLP.
He joined Dalton Strategic Partnership in September 2016, bringing with him extensive experience within the financial industry, focusing on credit markets, both as a credit proprietary trader and as a portfolio manager.
Previously, Mr. Benjelloun-Touimi ran a corporate long/short credit strategy at Chenavari Credit Partners, where he was responsible for USD 800m of managed assets.
His career began in 1996, as a quant within the interest derivatives desk at PNP Paribas, before he moved onto the credit proprietary desk as a credit trader for five years.
Subsequently, Mr. Benjelloun-Touimi moved to BAML as Head of Credit Arbitrage, where he was instrumental in developing the credit proprietary business.
In 2009 he moved to UBS, and was responsible for their European Credit Flow business.
In 2013, he became CIO of Arcade Capital Partners, a spin-off of his UBS credit proprietary desk.
He holds a postgraduate degree in Mathematics from Paris VII, as well as a Masters degree from French engineering school ESTP.
