Prescient Investment Managers (Ireland) Ltd. (Prescient-IM Ireland) is the wholly-owned Ireland-based investment management subsidiary of Prescient Asset Management Holdings Ireland Ltd., ultimately held by Prescient Ltd. (JSE: PCT) in South Africa. Formerly known as AIB Investment Managers Ltd., the firm changed name in 2012 after Prescient Holdings acquired them from AIB in 2011. Prescient-IM Ireland is located in Dublin and manages funds for a variety of clients, including pension, corporate, charity and private clients in Ireland and overseas. The firm has access to the expertise of Prescient's investment management team in South Africa.

AIB Investment Managers Ltd. (AIBIM) is the Dublin-based subsidiary of Prescient Investment Managers (Ireland) Ltd., ultimately held by GLOBALE Rückversicherungs-AG in Germany. Founded in 1966, the firm provides discretionary investment management to domestic and international private and corporate clients, charities, institutions and pension funds across a range of asset classes including cash, equities, fixed-income and real estate.
