Sagar A. Dalal

Mr. Dalal joined Sterling Equities in 2005 as Director of Marketing and Investor Relations.
Prior to joining Sterling, Mr. Dalal was involved in Real Estate Development in the Tampa, Florida market.
As Director of Real Estate Development for his company, Mr. Dalal oversaw the day to day development of a 27-unit luxury waterfront condo project, a 93,000 sq ft office park development, a 56-unit luxury town home development, and management of a 32,000 sq ft office building.
Mr. Dalal was also responsible for all marketing and PR for these real estate projects.
As well, he is a former Asst.
Vice-President within Citigroup’s U.S.
Bankcards division.
Mr. Dalal received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania where he studied Communications in the Annenberg School and Management and Marketing in the Wharton School of Finance.
